RETURNS
1.1 All goods may be returned for exchange if they are found to be faulty, within 5 days of receipt of the goods. if goods are returned because the wrong size has been ordered postage will be charged for the return pair. Videos and Cd's cannot be exchanged.

1.2 Should DSI deliver goods incorrectly then DSI will reimburse the return postage costs at the equivalent of the Royal Mails 1st Class Letter Service at the prevailing rate. DSI will re deliver the replacement goods Post Free.
All returns must be authorised by DSI before any goods are returned.

1.3 Goods are returned for exchange at the customers cost.

1.4 Shoes must be returned without Wear & Tear Marks and the shoe boxes must not be defaced. Any shoes returned with Wear Marks or defaced boxes will not be accepted for exchange or credit by DSI unless faulty.
