To celebrate its 70th anniversary, the wonderful Wizard of Oz has been given a glitz and glamour makeover.

A contemporary twist on the 1939 film classic has been devised by Harrods, conceptualised and co-ordinated by Vicky Barkess and produced by DSI to create a range of costumes which are sympathetic to the original characters whilst giving them that extra bit of pizzazz.

The amazing results form the centrepieces of the Harrods Christmas windows, which are on display throughout November and December helping to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital.
