Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site and chose a category, and click on any items that you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payments by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo & JCB. (We do not accept Amex or Diners cards.) We do not charge for any item until it is ready to be sent. Backordered items are not charged, again, until they are sent. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, normal post or over the Internet via this secure site.

If you are worried by the security measures with regard to this site and your credit card details then you can order over the phone with our helpful sales staff.

By clicking on the Currency Converter link next to any product, you can see the approximate cost of any item in your local currency by using the calculator provided. Please remember to close the currency window when finished, to continue shopping! Your credit card will be charged in £ Sterling (GBP), so please be aware of currency rate fluctuations.

We endeavour to process orders immediately and post them to you the same day (Monday to Friday). This is providing that we have the item/s in stock. All our products are carefully packed to ensure protection.

Delivery will be by first class mail in the UK. International orders are sent by Air Mail.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Conditions of Sale

These conditions contain important terms which govern your business relationship with Dancesport International Ltd. Therefore, please read them carefully.

1. Definitions.
1.1 In these conditions
"DSI" means, Dancesport International Ltd.
"The Customer", means any person,undertaking buying or offering to buy goods from DSI.
"Goods", means all products supplied by DSI.

2. Terms
2.1 Orders are taken on receipt of an e-mailed order and payment details by this secure site. Or via Telephone, Fax or Mail.
2.2 Ownership of the goods remains with DSI until full payment is received from the customer for those said goods.

3. Deliveries
3.1 DSI will as far as possible attempt to meet orders received and accepted. All orders are accepted conditionally upon the availability of the goods ordered, and DSI shall not be liable for failure to meet any order or part thereof for any reason whatsoever.
3.2 DSI may from time to time have to adjust its catalogue prices and product specification without prior notification.

4. Returns
4.1 All goods may be returned for exchange if they are found to be faulty, within 5 days of receipt of the goods. if goods are returned because the wrong size has been ordered postage will be charged for the returnm pair. Videos and Cd's cannot be exchanged.
4.2 Should DSI deliver goods incorrectly then DSI will reimburse the return postage costs at the equivalent of the Royal Mails 1st Class Letter Service at the prevailing rate. DSI will re deliver the replacement goods Post Free.
All returns must be authorised by DSI before any goods are returned.
4.3 Goods are returned for exchange at the customers cost.
4.4 Shoes must be returned without Wear & Tear Marks and the shoe boxes must not be defaced. Any shoes returned with Wear Marks or defaced boxes will not be accepted for exchange or credit by DSI unless faulty.
